We are looking for a person to fill our field technician role. Together we work to solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money and materials which end up in landfills.Job Duties and Responsibilities:In the Field DailyOn the jobsite for 4+ customers per dayOn-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-upsWorking for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Service and CommunicationDisplay world-class customer service for tenants and property management staffTrack work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch toolCommunicate with support team with questionsFollow Repair ProcessUnderstand and utilize our unique 5-step repair processEmploy each tool in your custom tool-kitProblem-solve repairs with creativityWe are looking for someone who has experience as a tile setter. You will use your knowledge of different types of tile (porcelain, ceramic and natural stone) to create repair solutions. Additionally, experience with installation in a variety of locations (ex: Shower walls and floors, backsplashes and high traffic areas) will help as you problem-solve.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobbyExperience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not requiredAn ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
